• I cannot get past the Recurring Order page
  
  Our shopping cart has a ten item limit due to technical restrictions on how cookies work. If you are ordering more than ten (10) items, regardless of quantity, you will need to split the order into multiple parts where each partial order is for no more than ten (10) items of any quantity. Please add a comment to the notes field in each of the orders similar to this:

  Part 1 of 3 parts. Please combine these into one order, recalculate the shipping charges and send me a revised order to confirm before you fill it.

• My shopping cart does not display the contents
  
  Clicking the link above will empty your cart and fix a known bug with the cookies. Once you click the link, you should see a page that says, "Your cart has been successfully repaired!" You will then need to refill your cart.
  
  If you click "View Cart" instead of refilling your cart, you will see a page that says, "Your cart is empty!" That is correct, the cart has been emptied and is ready to be used.
